Why we collect data

  • Create/manage your account → email, username, hashed password / OAuth token

  • Sync progress across devices → anonymised device ID + basic app activity

  • Fix bugs → crash logs (no personal info)

  • Improve the product → aggregate usage analytics

  • Support requests → text + screenshots you choose to send

  • Never collected: GPS location

  • How long do we keep it

    • Account info → until you delete your account

    • Analytics events → 24 months, aggregated

  • Your rights & choices

    • Access/export data → email support@debloat.ai

    • Correct data → update in‑app Settings

    • Delete data → follow steps below

    • Opt‑out of analytics → toggle off in Settings

    • GDPR & CCPA fully supported

    • Service intended for users 1+

  • Delete your account

    1. In‑app: Settings → Account → Delete account → confirm

    2. Or email support@debloat.ai with subject “Delete my Debloat account”

    • We erase personal data within 7 days

    • What’s deleted: email, username, password/OAuth, device IDs, sync data, support tickets, etc.

    • What’s kept: fully anonymised crash & usage metrics (not traceable to you)

  • Third‑party services

    • Third-party SDKs to measure in-app performance

    • No ad networks, no data sales

  • Policy changes

    • Major updates announced in‑app & by email 30 days before they take effect

    • Minor edits update the “last updated” date only
